The Louisiana Association of Child Care Resource and Referral Agencies (LACCRRA) is a statewide organization who in partnership with its member Child Care Resource and Referral (CCR&R) agencies and other stakeholders is a recognized leader, catalyst and resource for making high quality, affordable early learning opportunities available for all children and families in Louisiana.
